Raised in 1983 as a seedling, it was not available to many gardeners until the 'Iron Curtain' was lifted in 1989 and trade with Eastern European countries became easier. 'Romantika' is classified as a Jackmanii clematis and shows many of their characteristics, such as strong and fast growth, very dark flower color, and a long flowering season.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFlower size: approx. 10 cm\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eClassification\u003c\/strong\u003e: Late Large-flowered Group\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eGrowing recommendations\u003c\/strong\u003e:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis type of clematis prefers good quality soil, rich in nutrients, moist but well drained. \u003cspan\u003eIt is recommended to improve the soil at planting with manure or compost, as much as possible.
