The foliage is elliptical, glossy, and dark green, with prominent veins; it may turn reddish in bright light. The flowers are star-shaped and lime green, with a white-pink corona and burgundy center, grouped in dense umbels. They are fragrant, with a light fruity note. This lot is sold as established plants. Flowering depends on the plant’s maturity and growing conditions.

Foliage and growth. The leaves are elliptical or oblong-elliptical, glossy, and dark green, with raised venation on the upper surface. In bright light, the leaf blade may turn reddish; this coloration is not variegation. The plant has a vining habit and is suitable for training on a support.

Flowers and fragrance. The umbel is dense and almost spherical. The flowers are star-shaped, with a glossy lime-green or apple-green corolla; the corona is white or pale pink, with a burgundy center. In cultivation, the same plant may also produce more yellow flowers, depending on temperature. They are fragrant; the scent is horticulturally described as light and fruity, and is easier to detect in the evening. Fragrance intensity is not guaranteed. Flowering depends on the plant’s maturity and growing conditions.

Identity. This is a collector’s plant that has not yet been identified to species level. It is also circulated as EPC-705.
