Scented garden peonies - Paeonia lactiflora 'Duchesse de Nemours'

Paeonia lactiflora 'Duchesse de Nemours' produces large, double and fragrant flowers with creamy white petals and a yellow heart. They open in the middle of spring and last for about two weeks. The flowers are known for their strong and sweet fragrance, but also for their ability to last well in bouquets and floral arrangements.

Paeonia lactiflora 'Duchesse de Nemours' is a robust and resistant plant, which can grow up to a height of approximately 90 cm and a width of 75 cm. It prefers well-drained and partially moist soil and well-lit places, but which should be protected from direct sunlight. It is a perennial plant and will bloom again every year.
