Originally from Madagascar, Kalanchoe has been easily naturalized throughout the world. It is a very decorative plant with flowers and easy to care for.

Location: in full sun, as bright places as possible
Moisture: water moderately, when the soil has dried on the surface
Substrate: neutral peat or a loose mixture
Propagation: by shoot tips in peat
Characteristics: This plant blooms profusely all year round. After the flowers have passed, the tips of the shoots are pinched with 1-2 pairs of leaves; the plant branches like this, buds appear again on new shoots; for good flowering, fertilize with liquid fertilizer from spring to autumn once/week.
