Full description and specifications

Hoya filiformis (Hoya chlorantha var. tutuilensis) - endemic species from the Samoa Islands. The plant stands out for its spectacular flowers, with great variability, the color being influenced by the growing conditions, especially the light. The flowers have a lifespan of approximately 7 days and are fragrant.
The leaves are dark green, pointed and have a width of approx. 3 cm and a length of approx. 10 cm at maturity. The central vein is prominent.
Hoya filiformis has been marketed over time as Hoya chlorantha var. tutuilensis and IML 0545. At some point, bonanists established that it is a subspecies/variety of Hoya chlorantha. The suppliers from the countries of origin, but also some of the collectors, do not agree with this classification - for this reason the plant has been marketed over time under both names. In 2021, Hoya filiformis is the accepted name.
Height with pots included approx. 15 cm

Fragrant flowers: Yes

The decorative bowl is not included in the price.
