Full description and specifications

Hoya caudata (black leaves) - native species from Thailand and Malaysia. The plant stands out both for its spectacular leaves covered with silver splash, which become dark grain, almost black when the plant is grown in strong light, as well as for its impressive, fluffy and fragrant flowers that have a lifespan of up to a week.
In optimal growing conditions, flowering occurs repeatedly on the same peduncle. Buds tend to fall when the plant is moved or experiences large temperature variations. The plants tend to bloom even at a relatively small size, forming numerous peduncles on the new lianas.
The plant shows constant growth, transforming in a relatively short time into a spectacular specimen. It tolerates periods of drought well, but does not react as well when it is overwatered or planted in too large pots.
In the Secret Garden greenhouse, Hoya caudata blooms constantly throughout the year.
Note: Mature cuttings/plants with green leaves are delivered. In case of exposure to intense solar radiation, the color of the leaves becomes almost black.
