Apartment Yucca - Tree of Life, Mayan Tree

Originating from Central America (Mexico and Guatemala), Yucca was used by the Maya people 2000 years ago as medicine and food. It became very popular as an indoor plant since the 1960s. The leaves are arranged in clusters like palm trees, and the stem is covered with the marks of fallen leaves, resembling an elephant's foot.
Yucca can survive in darker rooms but will require care to compensate for the lack of light.
