Full description and specifications

Sauromatum Venosum - botanical species from the Araceae family, widespread in humid jungles. The plant is appreciated both for the flower, which, although it has an unpleasant smell intended to attract certain pollinators, has a special appearance, and for the spectacular foliage very similar to Amorphophallus Atroviridis (a related species).

It is considered an extremely resistant variety, being almost impossible to kill, but also very easy to propagate.
Sauromatum Venosum is a tuberous plant, and throughout the year the foliage appears and disappears, being replaced by flowers. It prefers strong filtered light, temperature between 5-35 degrees and substrate with good drainage and medium moisture retention.
At maturity it reaches a height of approx. 60 cm.
