Cercestis mirabilis

Cercestis mirabilis - spectacular variety that is among the few aroid species of African origin.

The plant is in the form of a liana, with large leaves at maturity, variegated in the juvenile form, with a unique appearance. Growth is slow, usually producing only a few leaves per year. In nature it can reach a length of up to 10m.

It adapts to low humidity, but prefers a higher humidity, as close as possible to that of its natural habitat.
