Placement: Philodendron prefers a bright spot, sheltered from direct sunlight. However, it will also tolerate a shadier area. The foliage will become greener if placed in a more shaded location.
Watering: The soil should be neither too wet nor too dry. Water regularly, allowing the soil to dry out partially between waterings. Make sure the pot has good drainage.
Soil: Philodendron prefers nutrient-rich soil that retains moisture well.
Note: The leaf shade varies depending on growing conditions. Specimens may also have leaves with imperfections.
