Parodia warasii is a cactus species from the genus Parodia, native to Bolivia. Known for its attractive shapes, it has a globular form that can reach sizes up to 15 cm in height and 7 cm in width.

The flowers appear at the top of the cactus, they are large and yellow in color. Usually, the flowers appear during the peak of summer and can last for a long time.

Parodia warasii is a relatively easy plant to maintain, requiring direct sunlight and well-drained soil to prevent root rot. It is also drought-resistant and can survive in low temperature conditions, although it is not recommended to leave it at temperatures below freezing.

This species is known for its longevity, having the ability to live and bloom for many decades if properly cared for.
