Hoya elliptica (Turtle Shell Hoya) developed specimens
Hoya elliptica - endemic species from Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines, which stands out both for its spectacular foliage and impressive flowers.
The leaves are green, with silver splash and prominent veining - due to the appearance, the plant is popularly called "turtle shell hoya".
The flowers are white/cream with a red tip, strongly scented especially at night (sweet scent), with a lifespan of 5-7 days, influenced by the microclimate.
The plant shows quite fast development. It does not tolerate large temperature variations and excess water well.
