Clerodendrum Thomsoniae (Bleeding Heart) 2-3 plants/pot
Clerodendrum thomsoniae is a striking plant, with lantern-shaped flowers, and a long flowering period. It will bloom for most of the year if it has enough light and warmth, but it is very prolific in the warm season. If pollinated, the flowers will produce fruit. Although it is a climbing plant, like a grapevine, in its native habitat reaching up to 10-15 meters in height, as a houseplant it will remain much smaller.
This plant needs light to bloom. A sunny window may be enough, unless you choose to move the pot outdoors during the warm season. Being a tropical plant, it needs protection against frost.
Attention! This plant is sensitive to temperature changes – it may end up without flowers or with partially faded flowers.
Height with pot approx. 25 cm
