Philodendron Atom

Philodendron Atom belongs to the Araceae family, within the Philodendron genus which includes nearly 500 species. Philodendrons come from the tropical forests of Brazil and Paraguay. They are usually large and impressive plants. The name Philodendron comes from the Greek word "phileo" meaning "to love" and "dendron" meaning "tree".
Philodendron is listed among plants recognized for their air-purifying qualities and, moreover, it does not require special care. The NASA study from 1989 identified philodendron as one of the best plants for removing formaldehyde and improving air quality.
Philodendron care instructions:
Placement: Philodendron prefers a bright area, sheltered from direct sunlight. However, it will also tolerate a darker spot. The foliage will become greener if placed in a shadier area.
Watering: The soil should be neither too wet nor too dry. Water regularly, allowing the substrate to partially dry between waterings. Make sure the pot has good drainage.
Soil: Philodendron Atom prefers nutrient-rich soil that retains moisture well.
Note: Some leaves may show mechanical damage, but this does not affect the plant’s viability. Under optimal care conditions, new leaves will develop.
