Hoya chunii (syn. Hoya chuniana) is a species of Hoya valued for its decorative foliage and fragrant flowers, native to the tropical forests of Papua New Guinea.

  • Leaves: It has medium-sized leaves (10-15 cm), light green in color, with a leathery and smooth texture. A distinctive feature is the visible vein (often lighter in color) and the slightly wavy edges of the leaves. Young shoots and new leaves often have a beautiful dark cherry (burgundy) shade before maturing to green.

  • Flowers: It produces rich clusters (umbels) with up to 30-60 small flowers. The flowers are reflexed (with petals bent backward), having a corolla in shades of peach/light bronze or yellow-brown, contrasting with a pale pink or white central crown.

  • Scent: The flowers emit a sweet, pleasant, and fairly lasting fragrance.

Note: leaf color varies depending on the season.
Fragrant flowers: YES

The ceramic pot is not included in the price.
