Grammatophyllum Scriptum
Orchid Grammatophyllum scriptum - large botanical species, considered the largest orchid in the world. Mature specimens reach gigantic sizes - they constantly produce new bulbs, turning into huge formations (clumps).
Blooms are extremely abundant - each mature bulb can produce several flower stalks. A flower stalk reaches 120 cm in size and can produce over 100 medium-sized, strongly scented flowers. The flowers have a lifespan of 6-8 weeks or more, under favorable conditions. Flowering occurs more frequently in warm seasons.
It needs care similar to Cymbidium, including from the point of view of the substrate, but it does not need the temperature difference in the cold season. It can be grown successfully in partially sunny locations.
