Anthurium crystallinum D12 - esemplari sviluppati
Anthurium crystallinum is an exotic plant native to the jungles of Central and South America. It is known for its large, heart-shaped leaves with a velvety texture and an intense green color. The unique feature of this species lies in the appearance of its leaves, which seem to have a layer of crystals, hence the name "crystallinum".
The mature leaves of this plant can reach up to 60 centimeters in length. Its inflorescences are less striking than the leaves.
Anthurium crystallinum prefers a warm and humid environment, similar to its natural habitat in the tropical forest. As such, this plant thrives best in well-drained soil rich in organic matter, with regular watering while avoiding water stagnation. It prefers indirect light, as direct sunlight can burn the leaves.
Note: stock specimens may also have leaves with imperfections.
