Stapelia divaricata, commonly known as the Sheriff’s Star, is a succulent plant belonging to the Apocynaceae family, native to South Africa. It is known for its unusual flowers and the unique appeal it holds in succulent plant collections.

The flowers of Stapelia divaricata are its most distinctive features. They are large, fleshy, and star-shaped. Usually, the flowers are yellow or orange with various patterns or streaks of dark brown or red.
Characteristics:
- placement: in a bright area, can also tolerate direct sunlight
- temperature: can withstand temperatures as low as -5 degrees Celsius
- watering: water regularly from March to September, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings. In winter months, reduce watering or leave unwatered but placed in a cooler spot.
- soil: well-drained, sandy (two parts universal soil, one part sand, and one part perlite/pumice).
Approximate height including pot 12 cm

Decorative pot is not included in the price.

The plant is sold without flowers.
