Pseudoespostoa melanostele is a spectacular columnar cactus, native to Peru, appreciated for its tall stems covered with silvery white hairs, contrasting with the black areoles, which give it an elegant and exotic appearance. Under optimal conditions, it can also produce large white flowers with a subtle fragrance, followed by attractive fruits.
