Paphiopedilum Maudiae Femma (Venus's Slipper)

PP Orchideeën's own creation, femma is the acronym of the names of the two daughters (Femke and Marit) of orchid breeders Elsbeth Prins and Ron Tieglaar, the founders of Prins Paphiopedilum Orchids. As a variety of Paph hybrid culture. maudiae, obtained from the crossing of the botanical species Paphiopedilum callosum (seeds) and Paphiopedilum lawrenceanum (pollen), the growth methodology for this taxon does not differ from Maudiae, Vinicolor and Black Jack.
Femma is a hybrid with a unique, special, vibrantly fresh color, which can keep the flowers for up to 10-12 weeks.

Flowers: large flowers of 7-12 cm, green and white colors.

The leaves are bicolor, very attractive.

Flowering season: October - March

Flowering time: between 6 and 12 weeks
Height with pots: 20 cm
