Anatomically, the orchid Neofinetia (Vanda) falcata Beer stands out for its short stem, laterally compressed, with monopodial growth, basally covered by conduplicate leaf sheaths, coriaceous, fleshy, linear - falcate, 5-10 cm long. Flowering takes place on racemose, axillary stems, up to 7 cm long, lax, which can bear 2 to 10 flowers per stem.
Flowering takes place constantly, mainly from early summer to autumn, and the flowers are fragrant, especially at night.
