Magnólia 'Pink Pyramid'

Magnolia 'Pink Pyramid'® is a wonderful magnolia. It naturally has a narrow, conical growth shape, making it an excellent choice for column plantings, small spaces, terraces, balconies, or small gardens.

The flowers are large, measuring 15-20 cm in diameter, with a vibrant dark pink to purplish color, and it blooms from a young age. It blooms in spring and often blooms again in summer. The leaves are thick and dark green.

Magnolia 'Pink Pyramid'® was created by hybridization by Vance Hooper in New Zealand, at Magnolia Grove. It is a hybrid between Aurora (Starwars x sargentiana var robusta) and Genie.
