Euphorbia fruticosa

Euphorbia fruticosa is a type of fleshy plant from the Euphorbia genus, native to South Africa. This plant has a shrubby growth, reaching heights of up to 1 meter.

The stem is light green, branched, with numerous upright shoots forming a dense bush. Each shoot is covered with a series of small bumps (tubercles), giving the plant a textured appearance.

The leaves are small, narrow, and deciduous, meaning they shed their leaves during the dry season to conserve water.

The flowers, known as cyathia, appear at the tips of the shoots and are small and yellow. Blooming occurs in spring or early summer.

Euphorbia fruticosa is a drought-resistant plant that prefers full sun or partial shade. It needs well-drained soil to prevent root rot.
