Native to the Philippines, Aglaonema has decorative leaves, with slow growth, that beautify any space. It is one of the few plants that can survive solely under fluorescent lighting, making it an excellent choice for low-light areas.
NASA ranks Aglaonema among the top 10 plants known for their air-purifying qualities, due to its ability to remove benzene and formaldehyde from the air.
