Tillandsia, commonly known as the air plant, is found naturally in jungles, arid deserts, from sea level to high mountain regions. Most species of Tillandsia use their roots to attach themselves to trees or rocks and to absorb moisture and nutrients through their leaves.
These hardy air plants are adaptable and tolerant to various environmental conditions and require minimal care.
The most important conditions for tillandsia airplant to survive are: bright light, not direct sunlight, good air and water circulation.
