Kalanchoe Calandiva - mix of colors
Kalanchoe is a genus of succulent plants native to Madagascar and Africa. There are over 120 species of Kalanchoe, with a variety of shapes, colors and sizes.
Kalanchoe is a plant that does not require much care, being ideal for beginners. Here are some tips:
Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. It can be exposed to direct sun in the morning or evening, but not during lunch hours when the sun is strong. Lack of light can lead to poor growth and reduced flowering.
Temperature: The ideal temperature is between 18 and 24°C. It tolerates lower temperatures, but not below 10°C.
Watering: Water the plant only when the soil is completely dry. Excess water can lead to root rot. Water less often in winter, when the plant is in vegetative rest.
Humidity: It does not need high air humidity.
Soil: Use a well-drained soil, especially for cacti and succulents.
Fertilization: Fertilize the plant once a month, during the growing period (spring-summer), with a diluted fertilizer for flowering plants.
Height with pots included: 15-20 cm
