Hoya stoneana (IPPS00132) is a botanically accepted Philippine species with a climbing or trailing habit and narrow foliage, suitable for a support or a hanging pot. IPPS00132 is a collection number associated with the clone in circulation, not an alternative botanical name. The plant was initially circulated as a pubescent form of Hoya longifolia, but is now marketed under the accepted name Hoya stoneana.

Foliage. The leaves are long, lanceolate, narrow, and fleshy, with a dark green color. The surface may be slightly pubescent, and the vines can be trained onto a support or left to trail.

Flowers. Star-shaped flowers appear in umbels and have cream-white petals with yellow accents in the center. The fragrance is strong and distinctive; the exact perception of the scent may vary from person to person.
