Hoya diptera - fragrant flowers (mature specimens)

Hoya diptera - a botanical species native to Vanuatu and Fiji. There are several subspecies/variations differing in leaf size, hairiness, and flower color.

Hoya Diptera is recommended for beginners because it grows quite quickly and usually blooms after the second year of life, under optimal conditions. Flowering depends on exposing the plant to strong light.

The soil must be well-draining and dry out completely between waterings - Hoya diptera is sensitive to excessive moisture.
