Gymnocalycium Friedrichii
Gymnocalycium friedrichii is a species of cactus native to Argentina. It is a small-sized cactus, having a globular shape and reaching heights of approximately 5-10 cm and a similar diameter.
The plant is covered with short and stiff thorns, which can vary in color, from yellow-white to dark brown. Thorns are arranged around the body of the cactus, giving it a prickly appearance.
Gymnocalycium friedrichii produces small flowers, usually in shades of pink or pink-purple. The flowers appear in the upper part of the cactus and add a decorative element during the flowering period.
This cactus prefers well-drained soil and exposure to direct sunlight. It is adapted to arid conditions and can survive periods of drought. Gymnocalycium friedrichii is appreciated in cacti and succulent collections for its compact shape and delicate flowers.
