Hoya pubicalyx 'Red Buttons' - probably the most famous cultivar of Hoya pubicalyx, due to its impressive, fragrant flowers, colored in shades of red and maroon. The new leaves are tinted in reddish-maroon hues, with a silver splash, when the plant receives good light.

Hoya pubicalyx is a strong plant with vigorous growth. It develops quickly and blooms throughout the warm season. Flowering is encouraged by exposure to strong light.
