Phalaenopsis Christina Weltz '3088' (Phal. gigantea × Phal. javanica)

Phalaenopsis Christina Weltz (Phal. gigantea × Phal. javanica) is a primary hybrid created in 1995 by S.R. Weltz.

Botanical characteristics:

• Flowers: Medium-small (3–5 cm), rounded and elegant shape. Most specimens have fragrant flowers.
• Habitus: Monopodial plant with large, fleshy green leaves (strong influence from Phal. gigantea). Curved or pendulous inflorescences.
• Particularities: Robust and relatively easy to grow hybrid, combining the impressive leaf size from gigantea with the delicate shape and potential fragrance from javanica.

A classic hybrid from the Polychilos line, appreciated for its lush foliage and attractive flowers.
