Hoya sipitangensis - species published in 2002 by Kloppenburg and Wiberg. The name of the plant is given after the locality of Sipitang (Sabah, Malaysia), where it was discovered. The leaves have variability and acquire impressive colors, becoming completely red when the plant is grown in strong light or direct sun.
The flowers are cream with a red crown, appear in the number of 25-30 per umbrella, have a sweet fragrance and last for about a week.
