Hoya scortechinii 'Pink' (Hoya sp. UT-001) D12

Hoya scortechinii 'Pink' (Hoya sp. UT-001) - species discovered in Way Kambas National Park in Sumatra, Indonesia. It was originally known as Hoya sp. Sumatra and Hoya sp. UT-001.
The flowers are spectacular, pink, with golden and silver reflections, discreetly fragrant. The leaves are long and narrow, green, with a silver splash and become spectacularly colored when the plant is grown in bright light. It is considered an easy variety to grow and bloom, but sensitive to overwatering.
