Care:

1. Light: Prefers indirect light and a bright location. It can also tolerate partial shade, but flowering will be more abundant in adequate light conditions. Avoid direct sunlight, which can burn the leaves.
2. Soil: Prefers well-drained soil rich in organic matter. A mixture of potting soil with perlite and peat is ideal for ensuring the necessary drainage.
3. Watering: Water regularly, keeping the soil evenly moist but not saturated. Allow the soil to dry slightly between waterings to prevent root rot. Reduce watering slightly during winter.
4. Humidity: Anthurium prefers high humidity. Regularly misting the leaves or using a humidifier can be beneficial, especially during the winter months.
5. Temperature: The plant grows best at temperatures between 18-25°C. Avoid exposure to temperatures below 15°C and protect the plant from cold drafts.
6. Fertilization: Fertilize the plant once a month during the growing season (spring and summer) with a balanced liquid fertilizer for indoor plants. Reduce fertilization during autumn and winter.
7. Propagation: Anthurium can be propagated by dividing the clump or using stem cuttings. Division is best done in spring.
8. Common problems: The plant may be affected by pests such as spider mites, aphids, and mealybugs. Check the plant regularly and treat it with suitable insecticides if necessary. Overwatering can lead to root rot and mold growth.
