Philodendron joepii - a variety that impresses with its amazing foliage - juvenile leaves are long and somewhat uniform, but as they mature their appearance changes dramatically becoming trilobed, with the central lobe long, narrow at the base, widening towards the tip. Mature leaves reach an impressive size of approx. 70 cm.
Philodendron joepii is a native species from French Guiana.
Growth style: The plant can support itself. When the atmospheric humidity is sufficiently high, it also develops strong aerial roots.
Note: Specimens in stock may also have leaves with defects due to handling/international transport.
