Mammillaria elongata rubra (Kaktus Ladyfinger)

Mammillaria elongata rubra is a cactus species native to Mexico, very popular among succulent plant lovers. This plant has a cylindrical trunk that can grow up to a height of 30-60 cm and a width of 4-6 cm. Along the trunk are small, fleshy spines.

The flowers of this plant are small and have a diameter of approximately 1.5 cm, they are reddish-pink in color and appear during the spring-summer period.

Mammillaria elongata rubra is an easy-to-care-for plant that needs direct sunlight and well-drained soil. The plant tolerates high temperatures but must be protected from temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius. Water the plant moderately, only when the soil is dry. It is important to avoid overwatering, which can lead to root rot.
