Hoya imperialis 'Red' is an epiphytic plant with origins in Southeast Asia, which impresses with its huge flowers, in shades of pink-red-cream. With fleshy, thick leaves of a dark green shade, this variety of Hoya is appreciated for the visual impact it offers. Its flowers, which can reach up to 9-10 cm in diameter, appear in globular bouquets and emit a pleasant fragrance. Each peduncle can produce up to 19 flowers.

Hoya is not at all pretentious in terms of cultivation conditions. It is important to have abundant light throughout the year, but with the protection of the plant from the direct rays of the sun, during the hot season.
