Hoya (carnosa x pubicalyx 'Royal Hawaian Purple') - vyvinuté exempláře

Hoya (carnosa x pubicalyx 'Royal Hawaiian Purple') - a hybrid that appeared naturally in gardens in Thailand, with the seed bearer being Hoya pubicalyx 'Royal Hawaiian Purple'. The plant inherits traits from both parents - on the same stem you can see both carnosa leaves and pubicalyx leaves (with their characteristic veining), and the new growth shows the intense color typical for pubicalyx.
The flowers are spectacular, appearing in large clusters and having variable colors, usually dark pink or even maroon. It is very likely that the flower shade is influenced by growing conditions.
The growth is vigorous, and the plants are able to bloom even at relatively small sizes. For a more pleasing foliage appearance, it is recommended to grow in strong filtered light.
