Full description and specifications
Haworthia cymbiformis var. variegata is an attractive succulent plant, part of the Asphodelaceae family. It is appreciated for its decorative appearance, being easy to care for and ideal for succulent collectors or beginners.
Care
- Light : Prefers indirect, bright light, but can also tolerate partial shade. Direct sunlight can burn the leaves, especially during peak hours of the day.
- Watering : As a succulent, it retains water in its thick leaves, requiring moderate watering. Allow the soil to dry completely between waterings. In winter, reduce the frequency of watering.
- Soil : It needs a well-drained soil mixture, ideal for succulents or cacti, to prevent water stagnation and root rot.
- Temperature : It does best in temperatures between 15°C and 26°C. It is not frost resistant, so if it is kept outside during the summer, it must be brought inside before the cold comes.
- Fertilizer : It can benefit from diluted succulent fertilizer, applied once in spring or summer, but it is not strictly necessary.
