Euphorbia aeruginosa is a remarkable succulent native to South Africa, valued for its cylindrical, branched, blue-green stems edged with reddish to dark brown spines. Its sculptural appearance and compact, clumping growth habit make it a spectacular plant for succulent collections.

Under good growing conditions, it may produce small yellow inflorescences (cyathia) in spring and summer, creating a pleasant contrast with the blue stems and colorful spines. It is an easy-care species, suitable for very bright windowsills, greenhouses, or xerophyte plant collections.
