Clusia rosea 'Princess' - Autograph Tree, Pitch Apple

Clusia rosea 'Princess' is a compact and elegant variety of the species Clusia rosea, popularly known as the Autograph Tree or Pitch Apple. Unlike the classic form, 'Princess' stands out with smaller, thick, glossy leaves of intense green, featuring a robust look and a bushy, rounded shape.

The plant has moderate growth and forms a shrub or a small compact tree, ideal for indoor use. The leaves are rigid, fleshy, and can be "written on" with a fingernail (hence the name Autograph Tree). Under good conditions, it can produce white-pink flowers followed by decorative fruits.

Easy care:

• Humidity: medium (tolerates dry indoor air well).
• Substrate: well-drained and aerated.

Note: Clusia rosea 'Princess' is relatively resilient and easy to maintain. When moved or conditions change, it may lose some old leaves – this is normal, and the plant recovers quickly once stabilized.
