Plamének - Clematis montana 'Wilsonii' (voňavé květy)
Clematis montana 'Wilsonii' (also known as Clematis montana var. wilsonii) is a vigorous, deciduous climber, one of the most fragrant varieties in the Montana group. It is prized for its abundant star-shaped creamy white flowers with a strong and pleasant chocolate scent (or hot chocolate), which fills the air in late spring.
The plant grows quickly, reaching 6-10 m in height (or even more under optimal conditions), with glossy dark green trifoliate leaves. Flowers appear in May-June (a bit later than other montana varieties), are large (6-8 cm), with creamy-green stamens, covering the plant in an impressive display of white stars.
