Selaginella uncinata - also called Peacock Moss, is native to southern China and is the only genus of vascular plants in the Selaginellaceae family. Its common name is derived from the iridescent blue foliage, which can be more pronounced in low light conditions.
The plant has fern-like foliage, but is classified as "moss" due to its habit of terrestrial growth and spread.
Growing recommendations: diffused light (low light), away from the sun's rays. Humidity above 50%. It is an ideal plant for the terrarium.
