Laser 240 SC - insecticid biologic (Trips)

Laser™ 240 SC - a biological insecticide with a shock effect, acting through contact and ingestion, intended for pest control. It also has an egg-killing effect on certain species.

Laser™ 240 SC penetrates the leaf blade and has translaminar activity. It has a new mode of action, unique worldwide, different from all chemical or biological insecticides: it acts on the nervous system of insects, causing their paralysis. As a result, the pests stop moving, stop feeding, and die.

Laser is also allowed in organic crops. The active substance, Spinosad, does not cause resistance forms and is considered the safest. No signs of plant toxicity have been reported in any crop worldwide. Natural predators that feed on treated insects are not affected.

Laser™ 240 SC has the effectiveness of a chemically synthesized insecticide (with efficacy similar to pyrethroids and superior to organophosphates and other chemically synthesized insecticides), but it is harmless to the environment and humans as it is a biological product (a fermentation product of a soil bacterium: Saccharopolyspora Spinosae).

Pests for which it has been approved in Romania: Thrips (Frankliniella occidentalis), Onion thrips (Thrips tabaci), Leaf miner fly (Liriomyza trifolii), Cherry fruit fly (Rhagoletis cerasi), Plum worm (Cydia funebrana), Stone fruit wasp (Eurytoma schreinerii), Colorado potato beetle (Leptinotarsa decemlineata), Spotted leaf miner (Phyllonorycter blancardella, P. corylifoliella), Apple worm (Cydia pomonella), Grape vine moth (Lobesia botrana), Cabbage moth (Plutella maculipennis).

Dilution: 2 ml in 4L water. Can be combined with other substances.
