Secret Garden professional substrate for Anthurium, Hoya, Bromeliaceae, and ferns – aerated, premium mix for healthy roots

This substrate is specially formulated for epiphytic and semi-epiphytic species such as Anthurium, Hoya, as well as for numerous genera from the Bromeliaceae family (Aechmea, Guzmania, Vriesea, Tillandsia, Cryptanthus, Ananas). It is also suitable for epiphytic or terrestrial ferns that prefer an airy, well-drained soil rich in structured organic matter.

The mix is designed to faithfully reproduce the natural environment of these plants, offering an ideal balance between aeration, drainage, and moderate moisture retention.

🌿 Premium composition:

• premium pine bark (size 5–16 mm)

• coconut fiber compost (Netherlands)

• perlite

• pumice stone (pumice)

• fermented peat soil (Netherlands)

• coconut coir fibers (Netherlands)

💧 Usage recommendations:

It is recommended to change the substrate every 1–2 years, depending on the size of the plant, the pot, and the care method (frequency of watering and fertilizing). Replacement is also necessary when signs of material decomposition appear.
